Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: 01.02.2026
Welcome to WP AutoFix ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our website (https://wpautofix.com), our SaaS platform, and the associated WordPress plugin (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
WP AutoFix provides an automated monitoring and troubleshooting tool for WordPress websites. The Service uses AI algorithms to detect fatal PHP errors and automatically attempts to disable the conflicting plugin or theme to restore website functionality.
The Service is provided "as is." While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that the Service will successfully identify or fix every error, nor do we guarantee 100% uptime for your website.
2. User Responsibilities and Backups
Mandatory Backups:
Because our Service automatically interacts with and modifies your WordPress database and file system (e.g., deactivating plugins, renaming folders), you are solely responsible for maintaining recent and functional backups of your website.
Account Security:
You are responsible for keeping your API Key secure. Any actions taken using your API Key are considered authorized by you.
Acceptable Use:
You agree not to reverse-engineer the Service, send malicious payloads to our API, or use the Service for any illegal activities.
3. Payments, Billing, and Refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. They are the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
Subscriptions:
Premium plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
One-Time Fixes:
The "One-Time Fix" feature is a single, non-recurring charge applied when you manually trigger an emergency fix.
Refund Policy:
Due to the digital and automated nature of the Service, "One-Time Fix" payments are strictly non-refundable once the fix command has been sent to your website. For monthly subscriptions, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first payment, provided the Service has not been utilized to execute a fix during that period.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP AutoFix, its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Data loss, database corruption, or broken website layouts.
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business interruption due to website downtime.
- Any damages resulting from the automated deactivation or renaming of plugins/themes by our Service.
You explicitly acknowledge that using an automated tool to modify your website involves inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for these risks.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if your usage puts an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Contact Information
